American government telling farmers to destroy there produce

We have been getting news from out of America telling us that farmers have been getting paid 1.5 times they get for there produce so they can destroy it, yet this when america is going hungry, so we waited till we could find more evidence of this, we are finding more evidence and ppl are speaking out now.
